Do I need a controller?

No. Everything works free with touch controls. A MIDI controller is optional.

My controller doesn't respond

Connect it over USB (with an OTG adapter if needed) and check that it shows up in the top bar. The Numark Party Mix II sets itself up. For other models, tap the sliders icon in the top bar to open mapping, then move each control when asked. Using a controller requires a pass or PRO.

How do I split a track into stems?

Load the track on a deck, open the STEMS pad tab and tap SEPARATE STEMS. It takes roughly twice the track's length on a mid-range phone, and only happens once per track.

Stems take up a lot of space

In Settings › Stems you can pick the quality, set a storage limit, save them to an SD card or delete them all.

I bought PRO but it isn't showing

Open the app while online, signed in with the Google account you bought it with. The purchase is restored automatically when the app connects to Google Play.

How do I cancel PRO Yearly?

In Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. You keep PRO until the end of the paid period.
